Andy Compton

Starting out in sketch comedy, some of it vaguely funny, Andy's journey into screenwriting began in film school, where he developed a body of samples, including SUPLEX and BELLYACHE, both Austin Film Festival placing features. He also wrote/directed a short film, TIN BOX, that would go on to win three festival awards. Andy's writing is often amusing, at times--heartbreaking, and undeniably human.
