Marcus Baker

Marcus Baker is a Writer/Director based out of Seattle. His short films have been awarded and featured in numerous film festivals across the United States. His work frequently centers working class stories that wrestle with injustice, trust, and community. Marcus also serves as the President & Artistic Director for the Seattle Film Society. Founded in 2023, SFS is dedicated to showcasing, cultivating, and supporting the next generation of Seattle-area filmmakers. He is a proud native of Bremerton, WA.
